How to sign your agreement online

Problem signing in?

Make sure you're on the right page. It's different depending on the retailer:

If you're a customer of another retailer
You'll need to visit esig2.ikano.co.uk to sign your credit agreement
If you're a customer of ScS
You'll need to visit esig.ikano.co.uk to sign your credit agreement.

You have 30 days from the date of your application to sign and view the SECCI and agreement through the link above.

If you are trying to sign your agreement after 30 days, please go to the contact us link on this page.

When you have signed your agreement, please download or print a copy if you want to keep this for your records.

Make sure you've entered the right details. Please check:

your application number is correct (you can find it in any email or text message about your application.)
tick

you have not added any spaces to your reference number or postcode
tick

you've typed your postcode using capital letters
tick

your personal details are correct
tick

your personal details match the ones you used on your application.

Problem signing your agreement?

Make sure you've:

read all the pre-contract information (SECCI)
tick

scrolled to the bottom of the SECCI page and clicked on 'Proceed'
tick

ticked the box at the bottom of the agreement before clicking 'Submit'.
