You have the right to know what information we hold about you

If you would like to request a copy of the information that we hold about you, please contact us.

All requests may take up to 30 calendar days once we have been able to confirm that you have (or had) an account with us. There is no charge for these requests.

If we don’t have your current address on our records you’ll need to update this first - you can do this by writing to us or giving us a call.

*Calls to this number cost the same as a call to a standard "01" or "02" landline number, even when calling from a mobile. Calls to this number are also included in any bundled minutes or free talk time that covers landline calls. Where calls are made outside of a bundle you will be charged at the national rate. Calls may be recorded for training purposes.
