Important information about your Karen Millen card

As you may have heard, Karen Millen has gone into administration (with Deloitte) and the online business has been bought by Boohoo. Here's some information about how this affects your KM card account.

  • Can I still spend using my KM Card?

No, unfortunately the KM card is no longer accepted in Karen Millen stores or online at karenmillen.com.

  • Will my payments change?

Your credit agreement for your Karen Millen card is with Ikano Bank, so any changes to the Karen Millen business (for example, the company going into administration or being sold) does not affect how much you owe, your monthly payments or your account information.

Please make sure that you stay up to date with payments - there is a £12 late payment fee if payments don't clear on your account by your due date.

  • Do I still need to set my account up for online statements?

Yes, your Karen Millen statements from September 2019 onwards will be online only, so you need to make sure you’ve set up your log in details by the end of August.
