How to sign your agreement online

Need help with signing?

Problem signing in?

Make sure you're on the right page. It's different depending on the retailer:

  • If you're a customer of another retailer
  • If you're a customer of DFS, ScS or New Look

Make sure you've entered the right details. Please check:

tickyour application number is correct (you can find it in any email or text message about your application.)
tickyou have not added any spaces to your reference number or postcode
tickyou've typed your postcode using capital letters
tickyour personal details are correct
tickyour personal details match the ones you used on your application.
Problem signing your agreement?

Make sure you've:

tick read all the pre-contract information (SECCI)
tickscrolled to the bottom of the SECCI page and clicked on 'Proceed'
tickticked the box at the bottom of the agreement before clicking 'Submit'.
