Specialised Training Services Limited (STS) has ceased trading
STS entered administration on 31 July 2020, meaning they will no longer be providing any training or services.
Since then, we've been working with the administrator to understand more about the situation, and make sure we reach a fair outcome for STS customers.
What to do in the meantime
- Please make sure you stay up to date with payments
As your credit agreement is with Ikano Bank, any changes to the STS business does not affect how much you owe or any payments due.
Unless we contact you to confirm otherwise, please make sure that you stay up to date with your monthly payments. A £25 fee is charged if payments are missed or late. Missed payments can also affect your credit history, making it harder or more expensive to get credit in the future.
