Retail loyalty specialist Ikano has been shortlisted as a finalist at this year's Loyalty Awards in no fewer than five categories

In this, the second year that the company has been recognised at the awards, it has been shortlisted for the categories of: Best Loyalty Industry Innovation; Best Use of Technology in a Loyalty Programme; Best Coupon or Voucher Based Loyalty Programme and Best Use of Customer Analytics/Data in a Loyalty Programme.

Ikano has been nominated for the Best Coupon or Voucher Based Loyalty Programme award alongside its fashion retailer client Jaeger, in recognition of their market leading reward voucher thresholds. The four other award shortlistings are combined nominations for Ikano and fashion retailer Monsoon, and recognise the retailer's successful mobile loyalty app which Ikano helped develop, the management of its loyalty environments and its effective use of customer data.

"Our work to further improve the loyalty programmes of our clients has seen us at the forefront of a number of innovations in the loyalty space, and so we are delighted to be shortlisted in so many categories this year," says Lindsey Ulanowsky, General Manager at Ikano Insight.

Ikano will find out if it has been successful at the Loyalty Awards 2013, on June 11 at the ceremony to be held at The Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
