You will need:

  • the name of who you spoke with at the retailer, when you spoke with them and what you talked about
  • a copy of the receipt for the disputed purchase or missing refunds
  • copies of any letters, emails, delivery confirmations or any other relevant documents (we can accept .png, .gif, .jpeg, .pdf file formats (maximum file size 5MB).

If you don't send us this information we may not be able to help.
