If your IKEA Home Card is lost, stolen or damaged please fill in this online form to tell us your details. This form applies to IKEA customers only.
What happens after you tell us
1. We'll block the card as soon as we can.
2. We'll send you a new card, unless you tell us you don't want one.
3. We'll send you an email within 5 working days to confirm we have actioned your request.
4. The email we send you will confirm we have arranged one of the following:
- We're sending a new card.
- We've closed your account.
- We need more information from you and the next steps you'll need to take.
