What happens after you tell us
1. We'll block the card as soon as we can.
2. We'll send you an email within 5 working days to confirm we have actioned your request.
3. The email we send you will confirm we have arranged one of the following:
- We've closed your account.
- We need more information from you and the next steps you'll need to take.
