If you need to cancel your order, please contact the retailer directly.

After you do, they'll tell us so we can cancel your finance agreement. Please give us 10 working days to process the cancellation.

If you’ve changed your mind about the loan, you can cancel your agreement within 14 days of applying.

How to make a payment

Remember - if you pay off more, your Direct Debit amount will stay the same until you've paid off your loan.

Your settlement figure is the amount you need to pay back your loan in full.

Get a settlement figure

Unless your loan is interest-free, the figure will include up to 58 days interest in line with the Consumer Credit (Early Settlement) Regulations 2004.

The easiest way to settle your loan is to bank transfer your final payment.

How to make a payment

After you've settled your loan, you'll get a letter within 3 weeks to confirm your account is closed.

Contact us straightaway by filling in our online form. We'll block your card and send you a new one.
