Ways to pay

Your payment options

If you have a store card:

The simplest way to manage your account and make a payment is to set up access to your store card account online. This allows you to check your balance, and make a payment 24 hours a day.

If you’re a new user, set up access to your account now. You’ll need your card number.

If you’ve already set up your account online, log in now

We’d recommend that you log in to view your account, to make sure you pay the correct amount each month.

You can make this payment with a credit card, however, please refer to your credit card provider for their terms and conditions, as this payment may be classed as a ‘Cash Transaction’ and they may charge you interest at a higher rate.

We are not a ‘faster payments’ institution, so please allow up to 5 working days for the payment to clear on your account.

You can make an automated payment by debit card at any time by calling 0333 155 4610 - you’ll need your store card number.

If you have a retail or personal loan

If you have a personal loan with Ikano Bank or with one of our retailer partners, your regular payments need be made by Direct Debit.

Additional loan payments

You can make additional loan payments by standing order, internet/telephone banking and other automated transfers from your bank.

You may need to select to pay a business when making the payment through your bank. This will allow the details to match and pass your bank's confirmation of payee.

We will email you to confirm we’ve received your payment within 5 working days.
