Deaf or hearing impaired support

You can use the Relay UK service to get in touch with us.

Relay UK is a free service. It helps people with hearing and speech difficulties communicate over the phone using the national relay service. It works by typing what you’d like to say to us, then a Relay UK assistant can read what you want to say and speak with us on your behalf.

You can use Relay UK with a textphone, or they also have an app you can download to your smartphone, tablet or PC. To find out more about the app visit:

Accessibility tips for using the website

  • How to control font sizes

You can control the font size of each web page using your internet browser settings. You’ll need to consult the 'help' pages of your preferred internet browser for instructions on how this can be done.

Our web pages are built so the font will resize without significantly changing the website layout.

  • How to update your web browser

The latest browsers make it easier for modern screen readers to handle web technologies such as JavaScript.

You’ll also benefit from up-to-date security features and a better online experience. Websites will look better, perform faster, and support the latest features.

To upgrade your browser, you’ll need to visit your preferred provider’s website and follow their instructions. We’ve included links to some of the most popular browsers below. If you don't upgrade, you might find that some features of the website do not work as expected.
