How to update your name
To update the name on your account please fill in the form below and upload proof of your name change.
Accepted documents as proof of your change in name
We will require a scan or photograph of one of the following documents:

| Marriage | Marriage certificate |
| Civil partnership | Civil partnership schedule |
| Divorce | Divorce decree absolute |
| Civil partnership dissolution | Final court order |
| Separation | Your birth certificate, plus your marriage certificate or civil partnership schedule |
| All other name changes | Witnessed deed poll or statutory declaration* |
- We accept scans, good quality photos or screenshots (maximum 5MB in PDF, JPEG or PNG format).
- The copy you send must show the full document with all information clearly legible.
*For other name changes, we also need supporting documents with your new name, such as a passport or driving licence.
