What to expect

1. Notify us online

Please fill in our online form to give us some information.

We need to know your details and the details of the account holder.

2. We'll be in touch

We'll confirm in writing we've received the notification - this can take up to 2 weeks and will be sent to the registered address we hold.

If there's an outstanding balance to pay, we'll include details on how to settle it.

3. What we'll do

We’ll update our records to stop any further letters, emails or texts to the deceased.

Please be aware it might take up to three months for everything to stop completely.
