Closure of the New Look Card – Your questions answered

  • Why can I no longer use my New Look Card to shop?

Unfortunately, as New Look invest in the future of their stores and online checkout, the decision has been made to close the New Look card. This means you can no longer use the New Look card as a method of payment.

  • Should I still report my New Look Card if it is lost or stolen?

No. As the New Look card can no longer be used instore or online, there is no need to tell us if you card is lost or stolen. You will still need to pay back any balances that are due. Please see ways to pay.

  • Will my payments change?

Your credit agreement for your New Look card is with Ikano Bank. The closure of the New Look card does not change how much you owe, your monthly payments or your account information.

Please make sure that you stay up to date with payments. Payments can take up to 5 working days to show on your account. If we don’t receive your cleared payment by the due date a fee of £12 may be applied. If a fee is added to your account, this may be reported to Credit Reference Agencies and show on your Credit report.

If you have any concerns about keeping up with payments, please visit financial support.

  • I have a Direct Debit set up on my New Look Card account. Will this still be taken?

If you have a Direct Debit set up to make payments on your account the amount you have arranged to pay will continue to be collected from your bank or building society account as normal.

If you do not have a Direct Debit set up currently you can request this using our store cards webform.

Please continue to make payments as normal until we confirm that a Direct Debit has been set up.

  • Will I still receive a statement for my New Look Card account?

Yes, your New Look Card statement will continue to be sent to you in the usual way. You can view your latest online statement and payment information by logging in to your account.
