If you need to cancel your order, please contact the retailer directly. After you do, they'll tell us so we can cancel your finance agreement. Please give us 7 days to process the cancellation.

If you’re still going ahead with your purchase, but you’ve changed your mind about the loan, you can cancel your loan agreement within 14 days of applying. Either fill in the form below or call us.

After cancelling, you'll have 30 calendar days to pay back the balance of your loan.
